In this class, you’ll learn the basics of decorating spring-themed mini tray cakes using buttercream, fondant, and sprinkles. We’ll start by covering how to make and apply smooth or textured buttercream to your cakes. Then, we’ll dive a little into fondant, where you’ll learn to create simple decorations like flowers, shapes, and personalized touches. We’ll finish by adding fun details with sprinkles and edible glitter to give your cakes a festive, spring-ready look. By the end, you’ll be able to create beautifully decorated mini tray cakes perfect for any spring celebration!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature and size of the class and the amount of work required in advance, we have implemented a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all participants and our scheduling. Please review the following guidelines for cancellations: More than 14 Days in Advance: Cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. The amount will be returned to the card on file at no additional charge. 1 to 2 Weeks Before Session: Cancellations made 1 to 2 weeks before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee. The amount will be returned to your card on file. Less Than 1 Week Before Session: Cancellations made less than 1 week before the scheduled session will receive a 25% refund of the booking fee. The amount will be returned to your card on file. Please note that these policies are in place to ensure that we can effectively manage our scheduling and plan for all participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
