For the best flavor and texture experience, keep cakes and cupcakes refrigerated until 1.5–2 hours before serving. (Ganache-wrapped cakes may require a bit more time to reach their ideal serving temperature.)

If you have leftovers, wrap the cake tightly and store it in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.

Need to save it for a longer time? Wrap the cake tightly and freeze. When ready to enjoy, transfer it to the refrigerator the night before and then remove it 1.5–2 hours before serving to let it come to the perfect temperature.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Items can be added later, depending on time and availability, but please note that the deposit remains non-refundable.

Once we’ve confirmed the price, pickup date, and all order details, I’ll provide payment information. Your reservation is officially set upon receipt of payment.

I will show you your order upon arrival for pick up. Once you take your order, you take full responsibility for transport and storage of the order, shielding from weather elements, such as it being too hot or too cold, etc. Feel free to ask about best storage practices, though!

We will have plenty of back and forth communication to ensure we are on the same page and you may of course send pictures for inspiration. Please keep in mind that those pictures are for inspiration only and the final product may not look exactly the same! That would be boring anyway :)

As the creator/baker, I reserve the right to take and use photos of your cake for marketing purposes, including advertising through my own website and promotional channels, without compensation to you. For special event orders, I may also request photographs from you or your photographer, again without compensation, but through agreements made with the photographer, their work will be credited.

With full customization in mind, one thing to note is that all Treats by Allyson orders are baked with love in my personal home kitchen. We are a food allergy family but not an allergen free house - and our allergies probably don’t match yours! Orders fulfilled by Treats by Allyson fall under the “may contain” or “made on shared equipment” label. Baking supplies run through the dishwasher after each baking session and allergy friendly ingredients will be used to match the needs of each individual order. The kitchen; however, is not free of all allergens.
